Meet & Greet

One of the OPS.etc Team will be at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you your key, a garage opener (if applicable) and answer any questions you may have.

Welcome Pack

There will be a complimentary 'Welcome Pack' awaiting you at the home which will contain all the essential grocery items to get you started plus a few extra little bits and of course your complimentary choice of wine or beers.

Information Book

Every home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information such as the major parks, the best shopping, beaches, golf courses, dining and lots more besides.

Departure Meeting

One of the OPS.etc Team will come and assist you to check-out. We want to know if you had a great time.
